At TrophySmack, we want to ensure your victory feels authentic, so if your gear isn't hitting the mark, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-customized items. Please note that personalized trophies and custom engravings are final sale due to their unique nature.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your items are in original condition and were not custom-engraved or personalized, as these items are ineligible for return.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original boxing to prevent damage during transit and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
